Therefore, the delay of 11 days in filing the appeal and the delay of 35 days in re-filing the appeal is condoned. Applications stand disposed of. Appeal be registered. LPA No._____ of 2025 It is brought to our notice that the Apex Court has also dismissed Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No(s).46343 of 2024, filed by the State in Oma Wati’s case, on 09.05.2025. Copy of the order has been placed on record by counsel for the appellant. Keeping in view the fact that the petition was dismissed without calling for the reply, the State shall file para-wise comments to the writ petition in question by way of status report to be placed on record.
