Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for and is permitted to make necessary correction in the petition. 3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 605 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 329(3), 126(2), 115(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 351(3), 3(5) of the BNS and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. 4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and others are accused of injuring the victim by firing upon him. 5. It has come during investigation that it is Chotan Kumar who has fired upon the victim. The petitioners are in Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19944 of 2025(3) dt.14-05-2025 2/2 custody since 24.12.2024. 6. Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody, this application is allowed. 7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, IV, West Muzaffarpur/concerned Court below in connection with Saraiya P.S.
