1. Sri. Siddarth Baburao, learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 to 7. 2. In this writ petition, petitioners have sought for a direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the representations made by the petitioners, dated 31.05.2025, as per Annexures - A and A1. 3. Heard Sri. N. Ravindranath Kamath, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri. Mohammed Ashhar C.K. and Sri.
Narasimha Kuduva, learned counsel on record for the

petitioners and Sri. Siddarth Baburao, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent Nos.1 to 7. 4. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners invited the attention of the Court to the photographs produced at Annexure-D and submitted that respondent - authorities have allowed for formation of a Layout which is illegal and therefore, sought for interference of this Court. 5. Per contra, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that disputed questions of fact are involved in this writ petition and therefore, sought for dismissal of the writ petition. 6. In the backdrop of submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and that the prayer made in the writ petition is to consider the representations at Annexures-A and A1, perusal of the writ papers would indicate that respondent No.1 has issued notice dated 20.10.2024(Annexure-E) to the petitioners stating that the said authority will take action in the matter under the provisions contained under Sections 39(ii) and 192A of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964. It is also forthcoming from the writ

petition that the petitioners herein have filed reply to the said notice as per Annexure-E1 dated 02.11.2024. It is the submission of the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners that the said representation has been unattended to by respondent No.1 and therefore, sought for interference of this Court. 7. In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, taking into consideration the grievance made by the petitioners with regard to claim in respect of the land in question, the respondent No.1 is directed to consider the reply dated 02.11.2024 (Annexure-E1) and the representation dated 31.05.2025 (Annexures-A and A1), within outer limit of four weeks from today. 8.
It is also made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. 9. Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. SD/- (E.S.INDIRESH) JUDGE
