Hon'ble Nalin Kumar Srivastava,J. 1. This application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned to expedite the proceedings of Complaint Case No. 6897 of 2024 (Old No. 703 of 2017), under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act, P.S.- Sidhari, District- Azamgarh pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 11, Azamgarh expeditiously within a stipulated period. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the said complaint case is pending since the year 2017 and the applicant before this court is the complainant in this matter. 4. I have considered the submissions and perused the entire record. 5. From perusal of the record it appears that the case is fixed at the stage of evidence. Since the complainant has to adduce the evidence before the Court, which he is not producing, there is no need to issue any direction to the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the matter. 6. With the above observations, the application stands disposed of. Order Date :- 12.3.2025 Fhd Digitally signed by :- FAHAD NIYAZ High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
