Case No. 52 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 15(C), 22(C) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Saraikella. 2. On 15.07.2024, Ichagarh Police intercepted the petitioner while he was travelling on the motorcycle. On search, 50 kgs of Doda was recovered from his possession. 3. The quantum of seized cannabis comes within the purview of commercial quantity. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about five months. 5. Considering the fact that commercial quantity of Doda was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
