The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 08.07.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-A No. 7674 of 2024 (Dheeraj Singh Yadav v. State of U.P. and others). In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party disclosing that opposite party proceeded with the matter and passed an order dated 13.05.2025 for payment of arrears of salary from the date of joining of the applicant, i.e., 17.08.2024 to February 2025 in favour of the applicant. The copy of the order dated 13.05.2025 has also been annexed with the compliance affidavit. The said compliance affidavit is taken on record. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged.
