This is the bail application U/S.483 of the BNSS by the petitioners for grant of bail in connection with Dharambandha PS Case No. 65 of 2025 corresponding to CT Case No.537 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Nuapada for commission of offences punishable U/Ss.109(1)/296/3(5)/332(c)/351(3) of BNS, on the main allegation of attempting to the life of injured Bijendra Kumar by assaulting him with lethal weapons. 3. Heard, Mr. Sushanta Kumar Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. P. Satpathy, learned Additional Public Prosecutor in the matter and perused the record including the photo copy of certified copy of deposition of injured-Bijendra Kumar. 4. After having considered the rival submissions and on going through the evidence of the prime witness- cum-injured who has not supported the prosecution allegation against the Petitioners and regard being had to p. 2 the pre trial detention of the petitioners in custody since 09.08.2025, this Court without expressing any view on merit admits the petitioners to bail. 5. Hence, the bail application of the petitioners stands allowed and they are allowed to go on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with one solvent surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court in seisin of the case on such terms and conditions as deem fit and proper by it. 6.
