It is submitted by learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 to 5 that pursuant to order passed by this Court on 10.04.2023 whereby respondent no. 2 - Divisional Commissioner, Jammu was directed to get the matter fully enquired pertaining to the pending complaint in the matter with respect to illegal encroachment of the State land at the hands of the respondents no. 6 and 7, an enquiry report in this regard has been placed on record. The said enquiry report has been challenged by respondent no.7-Barkat Ali before the Divisional Commissioner. 02. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief sought in the instant petition was granted and the enquiry was conducted as well the report has also been submitted, therefore, the instant writ petition has become infructuous. 03. In view of above, the instant writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. However, the respondents are at liberty to proceed strictly in accordance with the law.
