After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to prefer an appeal before the Electcirity Ombudsman against the aforesaid judgment passed by the Vidyut Upbhokta Shikayat Niwran Forum, Chaibasa at Jamshedpur.
