Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner herein filed O.S.No.6 of 2015 against the respondent No.6 and others and obtained permanent injunction.
Learned counsel would further submit that they have submitted a representation to the police to give protection to their property since unofficial respondents are interfering. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.

5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to look into the petitioners representation and take appropriate action in accordance with the law, keeping in view of the fact that a decree of permanent injunction is in favour of the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
