The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sisai P.S. Case No. 70/2024, for the offence registered under Section 302 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Ms. Poonam Kumari, learned J.M.F.C., Gumla. 3. On 17.06.2024 at about 7:00 P.M., co-accused Pankaj Oraon is alleged to have committed murder of the informant’s mother. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of co-accused. 5. Learned A.P.P., after going through the Case Diary, submitted that apart from confession, there is no other material available against the petitioner on record. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Poonam Kumari, learned J.M.F.C., Gumla or her successor in connection with Sisai P.S.
