Vs. Kishan Lal and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 150 of 2020, under Sections 147, 336, 332, 353, 188 of I.P.C. and Section 59/60 Covid-19 Pandemic Act, Police Station- Kurara, District- Hamirpur as well as cognizance/summoning orders dated 3.1.2021 and 15.4.2021, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hamirpur. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
