Taking into consideration the contentions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Labour Department to expedite hearing and disposal of the application filed by the petitioner under Section 29 read with Section 34 of the Act of 1947 in the award dated 04.07.2017 in LCR No.136/2010.
