This petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the judgment dated 07.02.2023 passed in Complaint Case No.20 of 2017 with Complaint Case No.21 of 2017 and Complaint Case No.22 of 2017 passed by Jharkhand State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Ranchi. 3. The hierarchy of the Court is already made in the District Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and in view of that the appeal/review will lie before the National Redressal Consumer Commission. --2-- C.M.P.
