On the complaint lodged by the petitioners as against the respondents 5 to 11, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kumarapalayam in Crl.M.P.No.295 of 2022, by an order dated 18.02.2023 directed the third respondent to conduct preliminary enquiry and file a final report. 4. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that on receipt of the direction from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kumarapalayam, the third respondent conducted a preliminary enquiry and it is pending for further enquiry. 5. In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kumarapalayam, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
