Mr. Sengupta, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the police authorities have diligently taken steps and consequent to the information received, Howrah PS Case No. 283/25 dated 24.06.2025 has been registered for investigation. In view of the steps taken by the police authorities, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.
