The instant application has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 17.3.2023 as well as entire proceeding of complaint No. 982 of 2020, u/s 12 Domestic Violence Act, P.S. Meja, District Allahabad. 3. Learned A.G.A. has raised preliminary objection that against the impugned order dated 17.3.2023 which has been passed under Section 23 of the Domestic Violence Act, there is a provision of appeal under Section 29 of the Domestic Violence Act. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this application with the liberty to avail the remedy of appeal under Section 29 of the Domestic Violence Act. 5. In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 6. Certified copy of the impugned order, if any, may be returned after retaining a photocopy of the same on record.
