Singh, A.P.P. --- 03 / 21.01.2025 Heard the parties 2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Pakur (Malpahari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 177 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 132, 263(b), 262, 352, 351(3), 292, 3(5) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Pakur. 3. On 25.07.2024, Pakur Town Police had gone to arrest Tinku Shekh. When the police party were returning after apprehending him, about 50 persons gathered there and they obstructed the Police party and tried to rescue him. 4. It was submitted that there is general allegation against all the accused persons. It was further submitted that co-accused Tinku Shekh has been granted bail by this court vide B.A. No. 10562 of 2024 5. In view of the submissions made above, petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Pakur in connection with Pakur (Malpahari O.P.)
