This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a writ direction or order more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents by not registering the FIR and investigating into the offence as illegal arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice violation of Article 14 and Article 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to register the FIR and investigate into the Petitioners report dated 07.08.2024.”
2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that both the parties were entered into

compromise and the issue was closed. Hence, the petition may be disposed of.
3. For ready reference, the written instructions are extracted hereunder:
“It is submitted that since the petitioner and respondents reached a compromise, the issue was closed as a non-cognizable (NC) matter, according to the CCTV footage. However, with malicious intent, the petitioner approached the Hon’ble Hight Court and filed this writ. ”

Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
