2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Bodam P.S. Case No. 31 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 115(2), 118(1), 103(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Sri Pawan Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur.
3. On 28.09.2024 at 9.40 p.m., petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the deceased, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. Petitioner- Sohagi Mardi is the wife of the deceased while the petitioner- Mansing Baskey is the brother-in-law of the deceased.
4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, their prayer for bail stands rejected.
