well wishers. The 1st respondent submitted that he is aged about 48 years and the revisionist had paid the amount covered under the cheque and he has no disputes with the revisionist. The revisionist aged about 75 years.
3. In view of the reasons mentioned above the revision case is required to be disposed of as compromise.
4. Accordingly, the I.A.Nos.1 and 2 is allowed and the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as compromised by compounding the offence. Consequently, the conviction and sentence passed by the learned Special I Class Magistrate for Prohibition and Excise, Guntur in C.C.No.183 of 2008, dated 07.11.2009, as confirmed in Criminal Appeal No.452 of 2009, dated 16.06.2010, by the learned IX Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Guntur is set aside, as a result, the revisionist is acquitted. There shall be no order as to costs.
