It is argued by learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondents as well as Sri Uma Nath Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 4 and 5 that after the aforesaid order passed by this Court on 17.03.2025, the fair price shop license has been allotted in favour of respondent no.6-Mahendra Kumar Yadav. The aforesaid order is not challenged. 3. At this stage, prayer has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present writ petition as not pressed with liberty to file fresh writ petition challenging the subsequent order also, if so advise. 4. In this view of the matter, present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed as aforesaid. 5.It is made clear that in case petitioner filed fresh writ petition, copy of which has been served upon Sri Uma Nath Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 4 and 5.
