Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has made written complaint dated 11.10.2024 to the opposite party no.3-Branch Manager, Odisha State Bar Council Branch, Union Bank of India, Chandini Chowk, Cuttack. However, the petitioner has not disclosed how such complaint was made in which mode, it was served. It is submitted that another complaint dated 08.01.2025 has been made to opposite party no.1, copy of which has been enclosed to the writ petition marked as Annexure-11.
