That, this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to pass any other relief(s) as may be deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing at length, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to receive the certified copy of the impugned order(s). 3.
