The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the respondents to act in consonance with the order dated 25th September, 2024 passed by learned Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) No.5269 of 2024, as the said order was passed on the basis of the submission made by the counsel for the respondent-State i.e., “no restriction would be caused in exercise of fishery rights by the members of Rajmahal Prakhand Matsyajeevi Sahyog Samiti Limited in any manner”. 2. Further prayer has been made for issuance of direction upon the respondents to produce the original money-receipt issued while receiving money by the District Fishery Officer, Sahebganj (the respondent no.3) against re-settlement of two ponds for the financial year 2024-25, which according to the petitioner were previously settled in favour of his society for the years commencing from 2022 to 2025. 3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a contempt petition against the concerned respondent(s) for not abiding by the submission made by learned counsel for the respondent-State as recorded in the order dated 25th September, 2024 passed in W.P.(C) No.5269 of 2024. 4.
