The applicant has the remedy to approach the concerned trial court for redressal of his grievance under Order XXXIX Rule 2-A of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908. It is not a case for instituting proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The contempt application is dismissed.
