The present application has been filed under section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 for condoning the delay of 112 days in preferring the connected revision petition seeking for setting aside the order dated 11.12.2024 passed by the Ld. Family Court, Lamphelpat, Manipur in Cril. (Maintenance) Case No. 2 of 2024. I have heard the submission advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the applicants and also perused the explanation given by the applicant in the present application more particularly para 5.1 up to para 6 of the present application and I am satisfied that the reason given for the delay is reasonable.
