GP FOR INDUSTRIES COMMERCE The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that the respondents are interfering with sale and distribution of bio-products of the petitioner, viz., Progress, Rise Up, Apoorve, Vriddhi, Instabion, Ultima, Fungi G, Glimphus, Kriaxon, Assure, Warrant, Granted, Evident, Elegant, Alkido, Cadence, Exo Power, Rainbow, Skonia, Adios, Raft, Crystaa, Scuda, Parker, Sniper, Venom Extra, Top Soil, Cilantro, Calino V, Blockade, Kristogen, IVAR Xtra, Expert Xtra, Vitriol, Vitral V, 5G Flower, Blossoms, Allergen, Corolla, Grace, Glaze, Fibrous GR, Dharathi GR, Jodo Power, Twins, Axalon, Potash 5G, Potash Gluco, Googly GR, Spa, Nurine (Botanical Extract – Liquid/Granules/Powder) by issuing Memo No.PP.II(1)2085/2005 dated 21.01.2006 and Letter No.PP.II(1) 2085/2005 dated 21.01.2006 and the said action is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and without authority. Further, prayed to direct the respondents not to interfere with the petitioners business. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 26.07.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.13169 of 2021. 3 3. The learned counsel for the respondents did not refute the said submission. 4. In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the aforesaid order, this Court is inclined to dispose of this Writ Petition in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.13169 of 2021, dated 26.07.2021. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 7. Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order dated 26.07.2021 passed in W.P.No.13169 of 2021 to this order.
