The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not releasing the balance amount of Rs.5,65,877/- and EMD of Rs.5,659/- in spite of the completion of the work. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amounts have been paid to the petitioner. 4.
Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed, leaving it open for the petitioner to file a fresh petition, if so aggrieved with any outstanding amount. There shall be no order as to costs.
