ORDER; The present writ petition is filed to declare the action of the St respondents in not issuing the declaration form by declaring the 1 petitioner as Chairman and the 2'""' petitioner as Vice Chairman in the ballot election conducted on 17.08.2024 for the election of parents committee of the Z.P.H.S.School, Maruturu without considering the representation dated 27.08.2024 of the petitioners, as illegal and arbitrary.
2. Learned Standing Counsel furnished the proceedings, dated 30.12.2024 addressed by the District School Educational Officer and Ex- Officio Project Coordinator, APSS, Anakapalli to the Standing Counsel for Samagrasiksha in the High Court of A.P., Amaravathi. As seen from the proceedings, it transpires that the 1l‘^ respondent/Head Mistress, ZPHS, Marturu and Election Officer for SMC has declared the 1®* petitioner as Chairman and 2"'^ petitioner as Vice-Chairman for School Management Committee on 23.12.2024.
3. In view of the averments made in the said proceedings, dated 30.12.2024, nothing survives to adjudicate further in this matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
