GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 2nd respondent in not registering my complaints dated 29-07-2025, 30- 07-2025, and 03- 08-2025 as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. State of 2 U.P. (2014) 2 SCC 1, and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to register FIR(s) and conduct proper investigation into the allegations b) Declare the coercive actions of the 4th respondent in illegally summoning the petitioner and his children to Lalapet Police Station and threatening to register false cases as unauthorised, without jurisdiction and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 22 of the Constitution of India c)Direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to cease and desist from interfering in the civil and matrimonial matters of the petitioner, which are pending before the lawful jurisdiction.” 2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that, based on the report of the Petitioner against his wife, Respondent – Police called the couple and gave family counseling, however no crime has been registered. 3. Sri N.Ravi Prasad, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
