1. The petitioners have filed the instant petition seeking following relief(s):- a. this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to call for the records pertaining the petitioners’ case from the respondent authorities concerned for its
2 kind perusal. b. This Hon’ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to grant revised pay-scale to the petitioners as has been granted to other similarly situated employees like Naib Tahsildar/ Assistant Superintendent of Commercial Tax Department etc. pursuant to the recommendation of the Brahma Swaroop Committee, which has been accepted by the State of CG on 11.02.2008. c. Cost of the proceedings. d. Any other relief in the discretion of this Hon’ble Court. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for the grievance projected in the writ petition they have made various representations to respondent authorities but till date the same has not been decided. 3. Learned State counsel submits that the same may be decided in accordance with law. 4. Be that as it may, the instant petition is disposed of and liberty is reserved to the petitioners to make a fresh representation ventilating their grievances to competent authority/respondents No.1 & 2 within a period of 60 days. 5. On such representation having been made, the respondents No.1 & 2/ competent authority shall decide the same within further period of 120 days from the date of receipt of representation. 6.
