For the respondents: Mr. L.N. Sharma, Additional Advocate General. Jyotsna Rewal Dua, J. The petitioner alleged violation of the direction issued in Panna Lal Vs. State of H.P. & Ors.2 2. Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record copy of instructions memo dated 09.04.2025 from the Deputy Commissioner, Mandi, District Mandi, H.P., relevant portion of which read as under:- “It is further submitted that respondent No.2, in turn, forwarded the said order to respondent No.3 on 28.11.2024. In pursuance thereof, a warrant of ejectment was issued on 10.12.2024 and the ejectment was duly carried out on 24.12.2024. The petitioner was duly associated and informed on the said date during the execution 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2CWP No. 11095/2024 decided on 30.09.2024 of the ejectment proceedings. Accordingly, it is submitted that the directions contained in the aforesaid order of the Hon’ble High Court have been complied with in letter and spirit.” 3. In view of above, the present proceedings are closed as the respondents have implemented the judgment in question. It is for the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, in case he still feels aggrieved. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
