Learned counsel for the informant raised an objection regarding the maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that it has been filed with the concealment of material facts. It was submitted that the petitioner had already instituted an application for anticipatory bail before the court below, which was rejected by order dated 05-03-2025. However, the petitioner failed to disclose this fact, making the writ petition liable to be dismissed with exemplary costs, as both proceedings cannot run simultaneously. Therefore, the instant writ petition is liable to be dismissed on the ground of concealment of facts. 3. Confronted with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the instant writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed, with liberty to file an anticipatory bail application before the Hon'ble High Court. 4.
