GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: Shorn of all unnecessary facts in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it is the specific case of the petitioner that he is the land owner and is in the possession of the land and have submitted application dated 04.07.2025 through Mee-Seva for conducting Survey for demarcation and fixing boundaries, in respect of land admeasuring Ac.5.93 cents in Sy.No.82 (L.P. No.254), situated at Muppavaram Village, Kondapi Mandal, Prakasam District, and the respondent authorities have not taken action and the said inaction on the part of respondent authorities in processing the application of the petitioner, the petitioner was constrained to approach this Court. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents has submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the application submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law. 3. Considering the submissions of both the counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned authorities to consider the application dated 04.07.2025 submitted by the petitioner through Mee-Seva for 4 conducting Survey for demarcation and fixing boundaries of the petitioner’ land by issuing notice to all concerned/interested persons, and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of. However, no order as to costs.
