Mr. Shobhit Saharia, learned Standing Counsel for the Narcotics Control Bureau, submits that corpus was in fact arrested by the NCB Amritsar, and was produced before the Judicial Magistrate (Junior Division), Dehradun, and transit remand was issued by the Magistrate concerned, on 16.02.2025, and the corpus has been produced before the Court in Amritsar on 17.02.2025, and he has been remanded to the judicial custody till 05.03.2025 4.
