1. The present Cr.M.P. has been filed with the following prayer:-
“i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash FIR dated 09/05/2023 in the Crime No. 243/2023 registered in MadirHasaud, Raipur (C.G.) and all the consequential proceedings against the Respondent No.3,4 and 5 (Annexure P-1). ii) Any other relief, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper may also be granted.”
2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner, who is the complainant in the case submits that because of the misunderstanding and miscommunication, the petitioner/ complainant has lodged an FIR against the respondent Nos.3, 4 and
5. She further submits that the compromise has already arrived at between the parties outside the Court, however, charge-sheet has been filed in the case.
3. Learned counsel for the State opposes the submission made by
learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. Having considered the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, that compromise has been arrived at between the parties outside the Court; and charge-sheet has been filed in the present case, the parties are directed to appear before the trial Court concerned and move an appropriate application on the basis of compromise entered between the parties, which shall be decided by the trial Court expeditiously.
