HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT JAMMU CPSW No. 499/2014 in SWP No. 576/2014 Joginder Singh …..Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s) Through: None Vs Manish Kumar & Ors. .…. Respondent(s) Through: Mr. Bhanu Jasrotia, Advocate. CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE M A CHOWDHARY, JUDGE ORDER (23.07.2025) There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, despite indicating the name of learned counsel for the petitioner in the cause list. The petition was lastly listed on 15.12.2014, when a direction was issued to the learned counsel for the respondent to take steps for effecting service of the respondents, thereafter the petition was never listed before this Court. It appears that the order sought to be enforced may have been implemented during the pendency of this petition, as such, petitioner has chosen not to come present in the Court to prosecute the case. Be that as it may, the instant contempt petition is disposed of and the proceedings are dropped, however, the petitioner shall be at liberty to seek revival/restoration of the petition, in case, cause survives. (M A CHOWDHARY) JUDGE Jammu 23.07.2025 Diksha Serial No. 22
