We have perused the case diary and the police has recorded the statement of the corpus in which she has stated that she is not under any illegal detention and she is residing with her parents. In that view of the matter, considering the status report as well as the statement of corpus, we are of the considered view that the corpus is not under any illegal detention by anyone and she is peacefully residing with her parents and no interference is required by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Hence, this habeas corpus petition stands dismissed. (BHUWAN GOYAL),J (INDERJEET SINGH),J JYOTI /91
