Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 309 of 2024, arising out of Chainpur P.S. Case No. 65 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.992 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341 & 302 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Ms. Aisha Khan, learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Palamau, Daltonganj.
On 24.03.2024 between 07:15 pm to 07:30 pm, named accused persons intercepted the brother of the informant, namely, Rajesh Gupta and Sujit Bhuiya. It is alleged that the accused persons had stabbed the deceased to death.
From the perusal of the written report, it appears that there is specific allegation against Shyama Choudhary, Rama Choudhary and Sujit Chandravanshi that they had inflicted knife blows on the person of the deceased.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case; I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
