Order dated 27.02.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court.”
3. To our mind, it is completely unacceptable for the respondents to take a stand that the issue of compliance of the order passed by this Court has to travel through departmental channels before it is implemented and that further deliberations are required in the matter.
4. Nonetheless, as a matter of indulgence, we are granting two weeks and no more to the respondents to comply with the order passed by this Court.
5. Re-notify on 1 May 2025 to ascertain compliance.
6. In case, the order is not complied with, the concerned officer of the respondents would be present in Court on the next date of hearing.
