The parties have settled their disputes in terms of the Mediation, which is as follows: (I) That the parties have amicably settled their dispute. The appellants agreed to receive a lump sum of Rs. 11,00,000/- (Rs. Eleven lacs only) including interest over and above what has already been paid to the claimants, earlier. (II) Out of the aforesaid Rs. 11,00,000/-(Rs. Eleven lacs only) payable to the claimants the same will be payable by the Insurance Companies in the following manners: (I) Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rs. Five lacs only) will be paid to the claimants by the Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. (ii) Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rs. Five lacs only) will be paid to the claimants by the New India Insurance Co. Ltd. (iii) Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rs. One lac only) will be paid to the claimants by the Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. (III) All the aforesaid three insurance companies shall transfer their respective shares in the bank account of the claimants within two months from the date of furnishing of bank accounts by the claimants to the Insurance Companies.
