Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3. Learned HCGP has raised an objection with regard to maintainability of the petition on the ground that, the petitioner, who was earlier arrested in the present case was enlarged on regular bail. Therefore, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail cannot be maintained. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the jurisdictional Court and file necessary application to recall the NBW issued against him/ to seek regular bail. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:23391 CRL.P No. 7957 of 2025 5. The submission made on both sides is placed on record. 6. The petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for. In the event, the petitioner surrenders before the jurisdictional Court and files necessary application to recall the NBW / seeking regular bail, the said application shall be considered on merits and disposed of as expeditiously as possible.
