W.P.Nos.7417 and 7421 of 2024 C O M M O N O R D E R These Writ Petitions have been filed for directing the first and second respondents to conduct an enquiry based on the complaints given by the petitioner, dated 20.01.2024, on the fraud and forgery committed by the third respondent through the registered documents in Document Nos. 158 & 316 of 2010, dated 13.01.2010 and 22.01.2010, and to take appropriate action in accordance with law. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first and second respondents, on instructions, states that so far no complaints have been received. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the complaints were sent through RPAD and that he received acknowledgement cards. 3.
In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to submit fresh complaints before the second respondent on a fresh cause of action. 3/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
