The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioners seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “.... to issue writ or direction preferably Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in taking steps to recover the alleged dues from the salaries of the petitioners for the purpose of recovery of amounts of respondent No.2 without issuing any show cause notice and without adjudication by competent authority by issuing impugned orders vide ROC no.861/99/B5 Dt.18.04.2018 issued by the respondent No.3 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently, set aside the said order.” 2. The earlier Docket Proceedings would show that none represented for the Petitioners and the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption “For Dismissal”. 3.
