In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition. 5. Permission is accorded. 6. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
