This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "It is, therefore, Most Respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue direction to the Civil Judge (JD) Shikohabad District-Firoazabad to decide the Case No. 484 of 2024 Jagdish and others Vs. Sahab Singh and others expeditiously if possible within two month or as directed by this Hon'ble Court. It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direction to the civil Judge (J.D) Shikchabad District-Firozabad to decide the stay application (6C) pending before him in Case No. 484 of 2024 Jagdish and others Vs. Sahab Singh and others expeditiously if possible within two month or as directed by this Hon'ble Court." The first prayer made in the writ petition cannot be granted in view of Constitution Bench of Hon'ble Supreme Court in High Court Bar Association, Allahabad vs. State of Uttar Pradesh and others (2024) 6 SCC 267. As far as the second prayer made in the writ petition in regard to decide the 6-C application is concerned, the Court concerned is hereby directed to decide the 6-C application filed in Case No.484 of 2024, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
