Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No. 11524/2025 Imran @ Kanja S/o Jakar, Aged About 38 Years, R/o Shanti Ka Nagla @ Ishwari Singh Ka Nagla, Police Station Jurhaira, District Deeg Rajasthan. (At Present Confined In District Jail, Dausa.) ----Petitioner Versus State Of Rajasthan, Through PP ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Meghraj Meena For Respondent(s) : Mr. Manvendra Singh, PP HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PRAVEER BHATNAGAR Order 11/09/2025 1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-petitioner. The accused-petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No. 22/2014 registered at Police Station Mehandipur Balaji, District Dausa for the offences under Section 392 of IPC. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submits that the accused-petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that he was not aware about the case and could not appear before the Court. The petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2025 and trial of the case may take considerable time. The other co-accused has already been acquitted, therefore, the bail application of the accused-petitioner may be allowed. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. [2025:RJ-JP:37097] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-11524/2025] 4. Heard and perused the material available on record. 5. Learned Trial Court in its order of rejection of bail mentioned that against the petitioner in 2015, charge-sheet under Section 299 of Cr.P.C., was submitted and standing warrant was issued on 21.10.2015. The petitioner remained absent for almost 10 years and was arrested on 17.07.2025, therefore, considering the above facts and the conduct of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail. 6. Hence, the bail application of the accused-petitioner is hereby dismissed. (PRAVEER BHATNAGAR),J Keshav/210
