Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 2. The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter alia with the following prayer:- "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 District Magistrate, Ghazipur, District Ghazipur to initiate the detailed enquiry against the respondent no. 5 under the provisions of The Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Raj (Removal of Pradhans, U.P. Pradhans and Members) Enquiry Rules, 1997 and taken appropriate legal action accordingly as provided under the statute." 2. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the instructions received under the signatures of District Panchayat Raj Officer, Ghazipur dated 01.04.2025 is placed before this Court, the same is taken on record. 3. It is stated in the aforesaid instructions that Inquiry Officer/District Probation Officer, Ghazipur has already submitted its inquiry report on 01.04.2025. 4. Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the concerned authority to take a final decision on the complaint made by the petitioner most expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned.
