JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 5 22-08-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 18.07.2022 passed in CWJC No. 924 of 2019, the District Magistrate, Nalanda has passed the final order dated 14.08.2025 in Arms Case No. 06 of 2012, whereby and whereunder the petition of the petitioner has been rejected. 2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 14.08.2025, by taking recourse to the due process of law.
